BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are Hagerstone International, an OFFICE INTERIOR DESIGN & BUILD Company.

We are seeking excellent BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS with CORPORATE SALES Experience

FOLLOWING IS THE JD:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential corporate clients.

· Analyse market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.

· Identify and target prospective corporate clients.

· Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and expand market share.

· Utilize networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.

· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction.

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.

· Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with business goals.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

· Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to close deals.

· Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline and forecasts.

· Work closely with marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

· Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance our offerings and services.

· Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

· Attend relevant industry events, seminars, and conferences.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the corporate sector.

· Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and strategies.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Preferred:

· MBA or relevant advanced degree.

· Experience in corporate sales, institutional sales, projects, furniture industry, architect firm experience
