Position Overview: Seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with 2-5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales of OHS services. The ideal candidate excels in sales, relationship-building, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Craft and execute business development strategies for Corporate OHS services.
- Client Management: Build and sustain relationships with key corporate stakeholders.
- Sales Generation: Lead efforts in prospecting, lead generation, and sales target achievement.
- Promotion: Showcase the value of OHS services, including Corporate Ambulance services and Health Checkups.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and client services teams.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations with corporate clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and performance analyses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in Corporate/Enterprise OHS or Fire Safety.
- Deep understanding of OHS services and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a proven sales track record.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Location: Based in Bengaluru, travel for client meetings and industry events.
