Job Title: Business Development Manager


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT sales , website & app development, staff augmentation, and data analytics . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in flexible shifts (day as well as night) and be available for 6 days a week.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth in the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing agreements.
  • Work closely with the project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in IT sales, website & app development, staff augmentation, and data analytics is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in the shift and on weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
