Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our business growth by acquiring offshore clients from the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the recruitment or IT services industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the US offshore market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Mandatory experience into US offshore clients.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the US market for offshore recruitment services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in potential client organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams in India to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the recruitment or IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing offshore clients, particularly from the US market.
  • Strong understanding of the US recruitment market and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with US clients and understanding their business culture and practices.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and technical staffing requirements.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
