WSO2 Support SpecialistYears of Experience - 3-5 YearsJob Description:As a WSO2 Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing incident response, operational/BAU support, and enhancement support activities for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems based on the WSO2 platform. You will work closely with application teams to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our authentication systems.Key Responsibilities:Provide timely and effective incident response for issues related to WSO2 SSO and MFA systems.Perform operational and business-as-usual (BAU) support tasks, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements.Implement and test enhancements, upgrades, and patches to the WSO2 platform while ensuring minimal disruption to services.Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles, to support efficient system operations and troubleshooting.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong experience with WSO2 Identity Server and WSO2 Identity Gateway, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation and task scheduling.Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions and protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and principles, particularly related to authentication and access control.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
