Record and update incident details and statuses in the Jira Service Desk system.

Analyze technical incidents and coordinate with both internal and external resolution groups to expedite problem-solving.

Address and resolve issues across a variety of applications.

Manage and oversee tasks related to laptops, mobile phones, subscriptions, and printers.

What You Bring to the Table:A productive and customer-oriented approach.

A minimum of an MBO diploma in IT.

Proficiency in English

A basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and SCCM.

A logical mindset with a focus on clearing the incident list.

You Should Possess the Ability to:Think logically and take initiative to come up with creative solutions and improvements.

Communicate effectively and coordinate with other resolution groups, including those in Poland, Germany, and with global suppliers.

Handle multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
