Zoho Support Specialist Internship

Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients.
Learn and become proficient in using Zoho applications to effectively assist clients.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in client onboarding activities, assisting with setup and configuration of Zoho solutions.
Gain exposure to customer relationship management by actively engaging with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate client feedback for product improvement.
Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and enhancements in Zoho products to provide accurate information to clients.
Assist in training clients on using Zoho software effectively.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in technology and a passion for providing excellent customer support.
Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Prior experience or familiarity with Zoho products is a plus but not required.

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to participate in our Unpaid Internship Program at Pinerium. Please note that this is an unpaid program with a duration of 3 months. While the program may not provide financial compensation, it offers a valuable platform for you to gain practical experience, develop your skills, and explore your career interests.RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably with a focus on Zoho solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong knowledge of the Zoho product suite, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc. Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments. Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Zoho certifications, such as Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Certified Consultant, are desirable.
