We are Hiring For Zoho CRM/Admin

Location - Rohini Sector 10 D mall Rohini

Salary Upto - 50K

Roles & Responsibility

Working independently in a 200 People team

Troubleshoot and resolve any kind of issues

Manage multiple stakeholders' engagements and work with associated team members to understand projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop solutions

Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Zoho administration and implementation to enhance user experience

Generate reports and input data to support organization initiatives

Help with ideas to improve existing automation processes

Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in ZOHO Applications (configuration, customization, administration and reporting)

Basic Knowledge on Deluge (ZOHO Language) and REST API Integrations will be desired

Basic Knowledge in PHP and JS is a plus.

Zoho certification is strongly preferred

Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software and system

Must possess strong communication skills

Good problem-solving skills and a logical & smart approach to work

A creative business mind with an understanding of CRM operations and usability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
