Following the acquisition of their IRDAI license in March 2024, Galaxy Health Insurance is set to offer comprehensive Health insurance products. These products are tailored to meet the evolving needs of Indian consumers quickly and effectively.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Chennai. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling sales inquiries. Daily tasks will include answering customer calls, resolving issues, providing information about insurance products, and managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information on policies, claims, and services.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues while maintaining quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively in multiple languages (English, Hindi, and any regional language).
  • Document interactions and maintain customer records.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate in any stream.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Customer Support (Insurance sector preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment (8 hours shift with rotational one week-off).

Work Schedule:

  • 24/7 Rotational Shifts.
  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
  • Rotational Weekly Off (1 day off per week).
