Job Title: Product Development Senior Engineer Department: New Product DevelopmentLocation: Turkabad Kharadi, Chh. SambhajinagarEducation: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical EngineeringExperience: 5 to 7 YearsJob Purpose:To support the company’s expanding portfolio of new and upcoming projects, we are looking for experienced professionals in New Product Development (NPD). The selected candidates will lead and manage end-to-end development activities, ensure timely product delivery, and contribute to technical innovation and vendor coordination.Key Responsibilities:1. Execute and manage New Product Development (NPD) activities as per project timelines.2. Support APQP, PPAP, and other product development processes.3. Coordinate with vendors for development and technical discussions.4. Perform detailed technical analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.5. Utilize design software (CAD) for modeling and technical documentation.6. Manage and monitor product lifecycle from design to production.7. Lead heavy fabrication projects with focus on quality, cost, and delivery.8. Collaborate across departments for smooth execution of product development goals.9. Multiskilling and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Required Skills:1. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).2. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.3. Hands-on experience with APQP and PPAP processes.4. Expertise in vendor development and coordination.5. Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM).6. Effective communication and project management skills.7. Experience in handling heavy fabrication projects is mandatory.8. Preferably from the construction equipment manufacturing industry.Justification for Requirement:This requirement is driven by a new project in the pipeline and multiple upcoming projects.The company is seeking skilled and experienced engineers to strengthen the NPD team andsupport seamless execution and delivery of development activities.
