Join our innovative hospitality team at VRsist where we blend AI technology with a personalized human touch to create memorable guest experiences. As a Virtual Receptionist on the night shift, you'll assist U.S.-based clients with reservations, inquiries, and special requests, ensuring exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor. Fluency in English with a U.S. accent is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, assist with reservations, and provide information to U.S. clients.
- Use AI tools to manage bookings while offering personalized service.
- Handle guest requests, address concerns, and ensure smooth interactions.
- Maintain accurate guest records and support team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with a strong U.S. accent.
Experience in customer service, preferably within hospitality.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work night shifts in an office setting.
- Tech-savvy and open to using AI-driven tools.
