A leading IT infrastructure and technology solutions service provider specializing in business email solutions, network solutions, backup solutions, VPN solutions, data centre management, disaster recovery, network connection management, server virtualization, and email service management are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our existing team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves coordinating with the maintenance team, managing office administration, handling attendance, coordinating couriers, preparing invoices, and maintaining data and files.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with the team members to ensure efficient workflow and resolution of issues and coordinate with clients with respect to their queries, requirements, and any other service-related issues.
  • Office Administration: Manage general office administration tasks, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating for courier services and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

  • Attendance Management: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance.

  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently.

  • Data Management & Filing: Maintain and organize data and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

  • Vendor Management: Assist and maintain records of vendor contracts & keep active communication with vendors.

  • Other administrative tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
