If you’re passionate about marketplace growth, product optimization, and data-driven decision making, we’d love to meet you.Key responsibilties (Any or all related ecommerce operations or any backoffice)Amazon Account ManagementManage day-to-day Seller Central operationsCreate, update, and optimize Amazon listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, images, SEO)Monitor buy box, pricing, MAP compliance, and competitor activitiesHandle case logs: listing reinstatements, stranded inventory, suppressed listings, PO reinstatements, etc.Inventory & LogisticsCoordinate and plan FBA/FBM shipmentsTrack inventory health and avoid stockouts/overstockingUpdate product catalog, variations, and attributesAdvertising & GrowthManage PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)Analyze ACoS, ROAS, conversion rate, and keyword performanceImplement pricing strategies, coupons, deals, and promotionsAnalytics & ReportingPrepare SKU-wise sales, profitability, and performance reportsAnalyze customer behavior, session % changes, traffic trends, and ASIN performanceIdentify opportunities for ranking growth and revenue expansionCompliance & Customer ExperienceMaintain seller performance metrics (ODR, LSR, VTR, A-to-Z claims)Resolve policy violations, suppressed listings, listing quality issuesCoordinate with customer service for returns/refund alignmentRequired Skills & Experience Minimum 2–4 years Amazon marketplace experienceStrong knowledge of Seller and Vendor Central tools & policiesExpertise in listing optimization, SEO, keyword researchProven PPC management experienceAbility to create reports in Excel/Google SheetsExperience with repricing tools, inventory tools, and Amazon analyticsStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teamsPreferred Qualifications Experience with SellerCloud, Helium10, JungleScout, or DataDiveUnderstanding of accounting basics: COGS, margins, ROI, TACoSExperience with brand registry and IP claimsExperience handling Walmart/eBay (optional)Nice to Have Experience in Walmart, eBay, or other marketplacesExperience with repricing tools and MAP complianceUnderstanding of basic financial metrics (COGS, margins, ROI)
