We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and regular performance reports.
  • Optimize ads, ad groups, bids, and landing pages to maximize CTR, conversions, and ROI.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and SEO teams to ensure campaign consistency and success.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience (2–5 years) as a Google Ads Specialist/Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, or Video) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of PPC strategies, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
