Role Overview

The City Manager will be responsible for driving and overseeing all after-sales operations and performance within the assigned city/region. This role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, effective team leadership, and operational excellence across multiple touchpoints. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in building customer relationships, managing supervisors and technicians, optimizing resources, and ensuring seamless coordination with dealers and internal stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

·      Drive and oversee all after-sales activities and performance in the assigned area.

·      Ensure consistent delivery of high levels of customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.

·      Conduct regular management review meetings, providing escalations and seeking support where required.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through periodic interactions.

·      Monitor, evaluate, and guide the performance of city supervisors.

·      Recruit, train, and develop manpower (supervisors, technicians) aligned with business needs.

·      Manage procurement and optimal utilization of assets (2Ws, laptops, SDT tools, NFC readers, etc.).

·      Oversee procurement and inventory management for dock/DIU issue resolution.

·      Ensure timely Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) of vehicles and coordinate with finance for accurate billing.

·      Conduct regular engagement sessions with key B2C dealers to strengthen partnerships and drive business.

Desired Skills & Experience

·      8–10 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within the EV sector.

·      Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

·      Strong customer engagement, people management, and leadership skills.

·      Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured and rational approach.

·      Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint).

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong decision-making and execution capabilities.
