Job Overview :We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to join our team and drive the growth of our staffing services across the

EMEA region

(Europe, Middle East, and Africa). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry, with a proven track record of building relationships, generating new business, and expanding market share within the region.As the Business Development Manager for EMEA, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management. You will work closely with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients within the EMEA region.Key Responsibilities :New Business Acquisition :Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to target new clients and markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.Identify key decision-makers and establish relationships with senior executives in target industries (e.g., IT, engineering, finance, healthcare, etc.) IT and Non IT.Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities and lead negotiations to secure new staffing contracts.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand regional trends, demands, and challenges.Account Management & Relationship Building :Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients across the EMEA region.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business needs and offering customized staffing solutions.Identify opportunities for account growth and manage contract renewals and expansions.Sales & Revenue Growth :Meet or exceed sales targets by driving revenue from both new and existing clients.Monitor industry trends and identify emerging staffing needs to proactively offer solutions.Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.Collaboration with Internal Teams :Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure that client staffing requirements are understood and met.Collaborate with marketing to support business development initiatives and enhance brand presence in the region.Provide regular feedback to senior leadership on market trends, client feedback, and competitive positioning.Reporting and Strategy :Track sales performance, market activities, and client feedback using CRM tools and regular reporting.Prepare and present quarterly and annual business development reports to management, detailing revenue generation, pipeline progress, and market penetration.Regional Knowledge & Expertise :Stay updated on regional labor laws, cultural differences, and business practices to ensure compliance and success in each market.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to further develop market presence.Qualifications & Skills :Experience : Minimum of 3-7 years of business development experience, with a strong focus on staffing or recruitment in the EMEA region.Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry, including knowledge of recruitment processes, client needs, and regional market dynamics.Sales Skills : Proven success in driving sales and business growth, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building a strong client base.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders.Relationship Management : Strong interpersonal and networking skills, capable of building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
