Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree from an engineering/technology background preferred with management experience is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership and business development in the agricultural industry.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop management, and precision farming technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a geographically dispersed sales team.
