Company Name : MNC

Location : Kolkata

Exp: 0 to 3 yrs

Note : need fresher profile (fresher to 1 year exp), graduated from a premium college like St. Xaviers, symbiosis etc

Job Responsibilities:

§ Monthly P&L, revenue targets & alignment with AOP:

· Create AOP Targets detailed plan – revenue and marketing budgets

· Discounts, RTO and profit target

· Category wise contribution target

§ Category and product target and movement:

· SKU wise growth and category wise contribution

· Product journeys, Repurchase rate, product wise LTV

· Product page performance – traffic + conversion rate

· NPS

· UI innovations and measure – to drive product or category growth (example – live videos)

§ Work on monthly Analytics:

· Revenue, AOV, ABS, ASP, Orders, Cohort Analysis, CLTV

· Source wise Traffic, funnel, conversion rate

· COD, Prepaid, Cancellations, RTO

§ Preparation of channel wise marketing budget and revenue targets (Google, FB):

· Planning budget allocation for paid Ads campaign for website

· Allocating product wise budget for PPC

· Creating budget projection for upcoming sale campaigns

· Monitor and Ensure overall marketing spends are within P&L targets

Qualifications:

§ Education:

○ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from Top Tier Colleges.

§ Skills:

○ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

○ Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.

○ Data-driven decision-making.

○ Customer-centric mind set

○ Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
