Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Noida. As a Telesales Executive, your daily responsibilities will include managing outbound and inbound sales calls, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting customers through their enquiries. You will work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills and proficiency in Customer Service
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Ability to provide outstanding Customer Support
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Prior experience in a telesales or similar customer-focused role is preferred
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
