Job Overview:

We are looking for Freshers & experienced people for the role of Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have done a diploma in Travel or have hands-on expertise in creating itineraries, Doing bookings Domestic & International, Hotel Bookings. A strong understanding of fare types & geography of the world is added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design customized itineraries as per the client's request.
  • Respond to the client's query in the given time frame.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to get the best deal possible (if required).
  • Responsible for monitoring the client communications.
  • Stay updated with latest trends, travel advisories.
  • Ensure all client requirements are handled professionally, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience in Travel Industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amadeus GDS and other booking platforms.
  • Strong skills in itinerary creation, routing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communications, and travel industry CRM/software.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, and capable of handling client queries and operational challenges swiftly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field.
  • Prior experience dealing directly with Corporate Clients.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
