Job Description Job Title: Holiday Package Travel Consultant Location: Gurugram Experience: Minimum 1 year Salary: 40,000 to 1,00,000 CTC (depending on skills and experience) Booking System: Amadeus & Galileo Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in planning, customizing, and booking holiday travel packages. - Use Amadeus GDS to make flight, hotel, and tour bookings efficiently. - Provide accurate information regarding travel itineraries, prices, and package options. - Upsell additional services such as excursions, transfers, car hires and upgrades. - Resolve customer queries and issues professionally and promptly. - Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and package offerings. - Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Amadeus GDS is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of holiday package components including flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings simultaneously. - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). - Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry developments.
