Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at Sàwai Black in Gurugram. The Business Travel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the business travel segment, managing client relationships, building travel partnerships, and ensuring premium travel experiences for corporate and HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new HNI and corporate clients specifically for business travel services through direct outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Pitch and close travel deals (airlines, hotels, ground transport, group travel) with a consultative sales approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate travel heads, executive assistants, and CXOs.
  • Develop partnerships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies and DMCs to expand travel offerings.
  • Curate and deliver bespoke travel itineraries tailored to client needs.
  • Manage sales pipeline, CRM reporting, and conduct market analysis to identify opportunities in corporate and luxury travel.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly travel sales targets and contribute to the company's growth in the premium travel segment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–4 years of experience in travel sales, business travel, or corporate travel management.
  • Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills with proven success in closing travel deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of GDS/airline booking systems, travel policies, and industry trends (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership and relationship management skills.
