Arabic-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Arabic-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both spoken and written Arabic and will work closely with our Arabic-speaking clients to understand their IT and software development requirements. This role will also focus on generating leads for the company and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for our Arabic-speaking clients, helping them navigate their technological needs, offering solutions, and ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. Your insights will play a key role in shaping client relationships, driving lead generation, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients, answering inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Understand the client’s IT and software development needs by conducting thorough discovery conversations and translating these into actionable insights.
- Offer solutions based on client requirements and guide them through the sales process.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, support, and issue resolution.
- Identify potential leads within the Arabic-speaking market by researching and prospecting new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand over, qualified leads and provide insights on client expectations.
- Maintain a detailed record of interactions, potential leads, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Arabic-speaking clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure the successful delivery of services and to ensure continued satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken). Fluency in English is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support, sales, or lead generation, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT and software development concepts, including but not limited to web development, mobile applications, cloud computing, and enterprise solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong communication and active listening skills to effectively understand client needs and convey solutions.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and foster positive relationships.
- Experience in lead generation, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing in a professional and mutually beneficial manner.
