Role Name - Paid MediaExecutive - 1 to 3 Years - 7 LPAShift - 7.30 PM to 4.30 AMLocation - Mumbai ( Andheri East )Hybrid workPlease note - WE DON'T CONSIDER RELOCATION.Skills required - Google ads ,Apple search , Microsoft Ad search.Key Responsibilities:InternalHolistic ownership of client accounts, including strategy, planning, budgeting, and reportingProvide strategic and executional support to team members on a variety of clients with different complexities and backgroundsTroubleshoot issues/concerns and work with online partners to resolve as neededProactively communicate with client and internal teams; prepare call agendas, and follow up with call recapsDevelop keyword lists, set budget levels, write ad creatives, test landing page messaging, landing page layout, audience segmentation, placements, networks, and 3rd-party toolsPerform in-platform maintenance and optimizationsOwn regular budget pacing and monitoring for live campaigns to ensure accurate spend delivery, along with any recommendations on strategic test opportunitiesProduce and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign reports measuring performance and effectiveness of search campaignsMaintain quality control while ensuring projects and campaigns are executed completely, correctly, accurately, and efficiently for clientsEnsure tactics and vendors utilized are GDPR compliant and ensure all internal processes and procedures are followed, including those specific to certain clients based on their own contractual agreementsExhibit the ability to anticipate and solve problemsCustomersAbility to support onboarding of new clients in close collaboration with all internal teams throughout the onboarding processTranslate marketing goals and brand positioning into viable media communication strategies and ideas across paid search landscapeDrive high-value customers to interact with our clients’ products and servicesDiscover and deliver new and innovative solutions to executing paid search campaigns based on specific client business issues and challengesWork closely with account and media leads to ensure strong senior client relationships on select group of accountsMarket KnowledgeKeep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developmentsCore understanding and knowledge across digital media landscape and where paid search intersectsParticipate and contribute to agency thought leadership initiative, as applicableManagement ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with search engine partnersEnsure process and activation best practices are used across select group of accountsMentors Coordinator and Associate level team members regarding SEM best practices and internal processesSupport internal training and development initiatives specific to SEM best practices and internal processesWhat you’ll bring (knowledge, skills, and/or experience):KnowledgeAgency knowledgeB2B Marketing – Client KnowledgeB2B Marketing – IndustryB2B Marketing – Media ActivationB2B Marketing – Media PlanningB2B Marketing – Vendor landscapeActive listeningAd platforms: Google/YouTube, Microsoft AdsAnalytics platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe AnalyticsChallenge mediocrityCommercially astuteEye for detailOrganizedOther platforms: Asana, Basis, NexelusPeople managementPresentation skillsPrioritizingProblem-solvingSolutions orientedStakeholder managementStorytellingUpwards managementExperience3+ years experience in a digital marketing environment, agency and/or client experience3+ years experience with paid search platforms
