The Role: Job Title: Paid Search ManagerLocation: RemoteCompany: PharmaForceIQ Inc.Job Type: Full-time, ExemptAbout Us:We are a team of experienced life sciences marketing, strategy, and digital marketing pioneers, and technologists striving to revolutionize marketing, sales, and clinical trial recruitment for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.Our Mission at PharmaForceIQ Inc. is to make HCP marketing and clinical trial recruitment in the pharmaceutical industry more efficient and effective by building the industry's only TRUE Omnichannel platform with Next Best Action for personalized HCP engagement.Position Overview:We are seeking a senior-level associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical marketing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing campaigns for pharma/biotech clients. The Paid Search Manager will report to the COO.Key Responsibilities:Implementing and supporting paid search campaigns for healthcare providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc.) and healthcare consumers (patients and caregivers), including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools Campaign set-up: keyword development, ad copy creation & testing, account set-up and restricting, bid and budget management Responsible for all basic tactical execution and campaign audits for HCP and Consumer Effectively prioritizes efforts to focus on delivering the most important things tracks and reports on campaign results, data analysis and participates in weekly client calls Consistently looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the client's success.Plan, design, and operate HCP and Consumer paid search campaigns: Campaign Launches, Campaign Management, Budget Management, Bid Management & A/B Testing. Track and monitor reporting of campaign results daily / weekly/quarterly/yearly basis, including Quarterly Business Reviews & End of Year Analysis.Campaign budget maintenance & monitoring to ensure proper pacing Effectively communicates insights and findings based on campaign performance to their client.Prerequisites:We value experience with pharmaceutical or biotech companies, marketing agencies, creative agencies.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and verbal skills.Ideal Profile: Qualifications:You have at least 4 years experience ideally in a Media and Communications Agency for the Pharmaceutical Services Industry. You have a working knowledge of executing Paid Search Strategies targeting HCPs, Patients, and Caregivers Experience within the Pharmaceutical Marketing sector would be a strong advantage.
