We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving organizational growth, managing client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in IT staffing, consulting, or service-based industries and possess strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and leadership capabilities. This role is ideal for a senior professional who can identify new opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, and contribute to long-term business expansion while aligning with the company’s vision and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s client base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners. Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, HR, finance, and delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and service quality. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Create business forecasts and performance reports for management review. Participate in strategic planning discussions and contribute to business direction. Guide and mentor junior business development executives and ensure consistent team performance. Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings. Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 12 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or account management preferably within IT staffing, consulting, or professional services sectors. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of B2B sales, client engagement, and contract management. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive collaboration across teams. High integrity, professional maturity, and commitment to organizational growth.
