Roles & Responsibilities:-

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing candidates from various job portals (Naukri, Shine) based on the company requirements.
  • Review the Job description to understand Technical and non-technical requirements.
  • Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes.
    • Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
  • Telephonic communication with the candidate to check the interest and required skills.
  • After getting shortlisted; coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Check document and reference check.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and records
  • Contribute to the resolution of basic employee issues.

Skills:-

  • Current enrolment in a related bachelor's or master's degree program, or recent graduate.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
