About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in Human Resources. You will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement while working in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain HR databases and update employee records using Excel.
  • Draft and update HR documents, internship letters, and other communications.
  • Support in onboarding and induction of new hires/interns.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Use ChatGPT and AI tools effectively for communication drafting, research, and HR support.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel.
  • Monitor HR activities, maintain data communication with team members, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Motivate and support team members to enhance productivity and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Freshers may apply (no prior HR experience required).
  • Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and good typing speed.
  • Ability to work with ChatGPT / AI tools for faster execution of HR tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
