About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and other key HR functions. You will work closely with the HR team to support daily activities and contribute to various HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities: sourcing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process: preparation of offer letters, joining formalities, and induction programs.
- Maintain and update employee databases, HR records, and documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and events.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and communications.
- Provide support in performance management processes.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Handle other day-to-day HR operations as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.
