MedGenome is the founding member of GenomeAsia 100K, an initiative to sequence 100,000 Genomes in Asia. We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Lead Sales CRM - Zoho in Bengaluru location. It is a full time and work from office opportunity. Skills and Experience Required: Data management and integration: To timely add, update and manage the database acquired from various sources of lead generation into the CRM tool. Management of the MSL data. Improve the quality of the database through regular cleaning of the data. Ensure the leads are assigned appropriately to the active users with respect to any change of user (e.g.: removal or addition). Platform optimization: Ensure compliance by the end-users / stakeholders for an optimal usage of the platform. Prepare and/ or update the compliance document and share with the concerned users to keep them updated. Timely removal/transfer/assignment of licenses to active users whenever there is a change (additional/removal) of users. Data Analysis: Analyse and present regular statistics on the CRM usage, database, conversions made, and other important platform metrics. Create/ manage reporting and dashboard capabilities. Liaise with various stakeholders: Act as a point of contact between the Sales and IT department to understand, coordinate and close the gaps and ensure compliance, generate daily, weekly and monthly stats of leads, conversions and sales funnel. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and delivery timeframes. Administrative assistance Ensure that CRM issues related to data or any other are addressed on priority with the concerned department.
