Job Description Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs. Performing outbound calls to insurance companies (in the US) to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables Review remittance and action the claim for solution towards payment. Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure timely resolution of unpaid and denied medical insurance claims Adhere to SOP guidelines within established productivity standards. Attending meetings and in-service training to enhance Accounts Receivable knowledge, compliance skills, and maintenance of credentials. Maintaining patient confidentiality Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 17:30pm to 3:30am IST.
