We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to drive Cloud Business Growth across AWS, Azure, and GCP . This strategic role involves managing enterprise sales, leading a high-performing team, building CXO-level relationships, and owning the cloud revenue and profitability (P&L) .

Job Title: Sales Head – Cloud

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 15+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for Cloud Services including:
  • AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Cloud Migrations , Managed Services , Custom App Hosting
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery (DRaaS)
  • Create and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify and grow opportunities in Mass Market & Enterprise Accounts
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team ; set clear KPIs
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy cash flow
  • Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams
  • Track sales performance and drive profitable growth

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 15+ years of IT Sales , with extensive experience in Cloud Sales
  • Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems
  • Proven track record in closing large enterprise deals
  • Experience with P&L ownership and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to engage at CXO level and across customer organizations
  • Strong judgment, analytical skills, and decision-making capability
