Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, or requests.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for response time and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Ability to handle pressure and remain calm with customers.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream (or pursuing final year).
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
