Key Result Areas (KRAs) – FLS
- Generate qualified leads through field engagement, referrals, and channel partners.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
- Drive high-quality conversions from visits to bookings.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat sales.
- Effectively communicate project USPs, pricing, and promotions during interactions.
- Coordinate with telecalling/lead generation teams for seamless prospect handover.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and conversion ratios to management.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Deliver a superior customer experience throughout the buying journey.
Work Schedule
- Sunday working with Tuesday weekly off
