Key Result Areas (KRAs) – FLS

  • Generate qualified leads through field engagement, referrals, and channel partners.
  • Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
  • Drive high-quality conversions from visits to bookings.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat sales.
  • Effectively communicate project USPs, pricing, and promotions during interactions.
  • Coordinate with telecalling/lead generation teams for seamless prospect handover.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and conversion ratios to management.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience throughout the buying journey.

Work Schedule

  • Sunday working with Tuesday weekly off
  • Attractive Perks: In addition to a fixed salary, performance-based incentives and bonuses are offered for achieving sales and booking targets.
