Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Drive high-volume outbound calling to potential customers.
  • Generate qualified leads and secure site visit appointments.
  • Consistently follow up to maximize lead-to-visit conversions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly call, lead, and conversion targets.
  • Effectively communicate project details, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build strong rapport with prospects to gain trust and interest.
  • Manage and update leads accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for seamless lead handovers.
  • Monitor key metrics such as lead-to-visit and visit-to-booking ratios.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Work Schedule

  • Sunday working with Tuesday weekly off
