**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**: Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our web development services, answering any questions potential clients may have.
- **Needs Assessment**: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and how our web development services can address those needs.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule meetings or follow-up calls between interested prospects and our web development team for more in-depth discussions.
- **Sales Conversion**: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by converting leads into paying customers.
- **Market Feedback**: Provide insights and feedback from prospects regarding their needs and concerns, helping the web development team to refine services and offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the web development or IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of web development concepts, including website design, hosting, SEO, and e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and telemarketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary with commission-based incentives.
- Performance bonuses based on meeting or exceeding targets.
