**TELESALES EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1**. To achieve monthly targets.

**2**. Should be responsible for cross selling & up-selling

**3.** Resolve all the customer queries.

**4**. Give a good assistance for the customer about health insurance & make sales.

**5**. Maintain accurate record of all calls made and received.

**6**. Should be able to liaise with the appropriate department to resolve customer complaints.

**7. **Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

**TELE SALES EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS**:
**1**. Minimum qualification 12th or any degree.

**2.** Fresher or Experienced working as Telesales executive.

**3.** Basic Excel knowledge & Math skills.

**4**. Strong Negotiation and consultative sales skills.

**5**. Effective communication & convincing skills.

**LANGUAGES KNOWN**:
Tamil ,English & Hindi ( excluding this any other languages will be a plus point )

**OFFICE TIMINGS**:
10:00AM -7:00PM

**Salary**: ₹12,086.00 - ₹21,329.23 per month
