Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties :Office Management :Ensure smooth functioning of office operations, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility managementDocument Management :Maintain records, handle filing systems, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.Coordination :Schedule meetings, organize travel arrangements, and support senior management with day-to-day administrative needs.Vendor Management :Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs and ensure timely payments.Compliance :Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations regarding office operations.Basic accounting

Human Resource Duties :Recruitment :Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding new employees.Employee Records :Maintain accurate records of employees, including attendance, performance, and personal data.Payroll Support :Assist in processing payroll by providing necessary data like attendance and leave records.Policy Implementation :Communicate company policies to staff and ensure adherence to HR protocols.Required Skills :Organizational and multitasking abilities.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with labor laws, health care licenses and HR best practices.

Educational Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
