Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties:

Office Management:

  • Ensure smooth functioning of office operations, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management

Document Management:

  • Maintain records, handle filing systems, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Coordination:

  • Schedule meetings, organize travel arrangements, and support senior management with day-to-day administrative needs.

Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs and ensure timely payments.

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations regarding office operations.

Basic accounting



Human Resource Duties:

Recruitment:

  • Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding new employees.

Employee Records:

  • Maintain accurate records of employees, including attendance, performance, and personal data.

Payroll Support:

  • Assist in processing payroll by providing necessary data like attendance and leave records.

Policy Implementation:

  • Communicate company policies to staff and ensure adherence to HR protocols.

Required Skills:

  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, health care licenses and HR best practices.


Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
