Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties:
Office Management:
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management
Document Management:
- Maintain records, handle filing systems, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Coordination:
- Schedule meetings, organize travel arrangements, and support senior management with day-to-day administrative needs.
Vendor Management:
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs and ensure timely payments.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations regarding office operations.
Basic accounting
Human Resource Duties:
Recruitment:
- Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding new employees.
Employee Records:
- Maintain accurate records of employees, including attendance, performance, and personal data.
Payroll Support:
- Assist in processing payroll by providing necessary data like attendance and leave records.
Policy Implementation:
- Communicate company policies to staff and ensure adherence to HR protocols.
Required Skills:
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with labor laws, health care licenses and HR best practices.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
