Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Executive located in Nehru Place. The F&B Executive will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensure excellent customer service, manage food service activities, and coordinate with the culinary team. Additional responsibilities include maintaining hygiene standards, inventory management, staff training, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Strong Culinary Skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to lead, manage, and train staff effectively
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
