The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with commercial and business banking clients. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to provide personalized banking solutions, identifying potential business opportunities, and ensuring the overall growth and profitability of client accounts. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams for effective service delivery and maintaining compliance with banking regulations. QualificationsSound Knowledge in Working Capital Facilities Good Prior experience in structuring deals for corporates for their Working Capital managementOnly Tamilnadu candidates are eligible to apply and local language is mandatoryStrong Relationship Management and Customer Service skillsPrior minimum 2 years Experience in Business Banking, Commercial Banking or Corporate BankingAnalytical and Problem-Solving skillsSales and Business Development skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
