About the Role:

Alphanext Technology Solutions and its customers areseeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to join our team.The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IT andextensive expertise in managing and architecting ServiceNowConfiguration Management Database (CMDB) solutions. This rolerequires a deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB IT ServiceManagement (ITSM) and the ability to design implement and maintainrobust CMDB architectures.KeyResponsibilities:

Design andarchitect CMDB solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet clientrequirements.Lead the implementation of CMDBprojects ensuring data integrity and adherence to bestpractices.Develop and maintain CMDBarchitecture documentation including data models workflows andintegration points.Collaborate withstakeholders to gather requirements and translate them intotechnical specifications.Ensure compliancewith ITIL processes specifically around ConfigurationManagement.Integrate CMDB with other ITSMmodules (Incident Problem Change Asset Management).Conduct regular audits to ensure CMDB data accuracy andcompleteness.Provide technical leadership andguidance to junior team members.Troubleshootand resolve issues related to CMDB and relatedintegrations.Required Skills andExperience:

10 years of experiencein IT with a focus on Configuration Management and ITSM.5 years of handson experience with ServiceNowCMDB.Proven experience in designing andimplementing ServiceNow CMDB solutions.Strongunderstanding of ITIL processes especially ConfigurationManagement.Experience with ServiceNow ITSMmodules and their integration with CMDB.Expertise in ServiceNow data modeling discovery tools anddata normalization.Proficiency in scriptinglanguages such as JavaScript and knowledge of ServiceNow scripting(Business Rules Script Includes UI Actions).Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder managementskills.ServiceNow Certified SystemAdministrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)CMDB certifications are highly preferred.CSA+,CMDB,CIS
