Job Description

We are seeking an organized and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of Microsoft tools and digital marketing strategies. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing organic lead generation strategies, implement KPIs measurement metrics to evaluate progress and manage roadmap initiatives.

Shift Timings:

Evening Shift 5:00PM to 02:00AM IST (Non-Negotiable, we work mostly with US customers in EST Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including sales and brand awareness.
  • Prospect new leads, develop business opportunities  to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual marketing targets.
  • Develop and present proposals across a broad range of digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing) that create a steady stream of qualified leads.
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts and report regularly.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEO, etc.).
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to sales and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Manage Microsoft Partner Network

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of managing Microsoft Marketplace listing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft partner network.
  • Creative and innovative blend of mind is must.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Organic Lead Generation and Web Analytics skills
