About the company:
BrewWorks owns and operates 24 all-day cafes and dessert stores across Mumbai and Pune under the brand names of Love and Cheesecake, and Poetry. BrewWorks is being built for the long-run. It has scaled to its current footprint and scale whilst being profitable every year for the last 13 years. The company's brands focus on providing the best assortment (more than 70 flavors), highest quality (use only mascarpone or cream cheese) and omni-channel delivery (stores, aggregators, own delivery force). The company is now charting its next stage of growth and looking to bring onboard a set of core team members to drive this transformation.
About the role:
The restaurant captain will oversee the smooth operation of the dining area and provide excellent customer service to guests. Here are some key responsibilities and duties of the restaurant captain:
- Supervising the dining room
- Guest management
- Training and mentoring
- Order coordination
- Upselling and menu knowledge
- Handling payments
- Reservations and event management
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a captain
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
