Role Description

This full-time Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist role is an on-site position located in Chennai. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and using CRM systems to improve customer satisfaction and sales. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, monitoring customer feedback, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with sales and project management teams to support customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills and experience in managing customer interactions in Logistics background.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and performance monitoring
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Sales skills for supporting and driving sales activities
  • Project Management skills for coordinating efforts across different teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
