Qualifications:
1. Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree (MBA) with a focus on Sales or Marketing.
- Certifications in Sales Management or Leadership (e.g., Sandler Training, Dale Carnegie).
Required Experience:
Min 6+ years of total sales experience, with at least 3+ years of international sales exp.
Experience in FMCG sales is Mandate.
Min 2+ years of experience in leading a team into FMCG industry.
Experience with Cloud-based calling platforms like Ring central, Dialpad, Nextiva etc.
Experience with VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) Solutions like Skype, Zoom, Cisco, etc.
Experience with both Inbound & Outbound process.
