RoleSummary:

We are seeking askilled Trade Promotions Consultant to join our team. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for helping clientsimprove their trade promotion effectiveness through theimplementation of best practices processes and technologysolutions. This role requires a deep understanding of tradepromotion management as well as experience in the implementationconfiguration and customization of trade promotionsolutions.

JobDescription:

Collaborate withclients to understand their business requirements and developsolutions to meet theirneeds.

Analyze clienttrade promotion processes to identify areas forimprovement.

Develop tradepromotion strategies and plans including promotion typesfrequencies andbudgets.

Configure andcustomize trade promotion solutions to meet clientrequirements.

Lead tradepromotion implementation projects from start to finish ensuringtimely delivery and highqualityresults.

Develop andmaintain project plans including timelines budgets and resourcerequirements.

Provide trainingand support to client teams on trade promotion best practices andsystemusage.

Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to integrate trade promotion solutions withother businesssystems.

Stay up to datewith industry trends and best practices in trade promotionmanagement.

Continuouslyimprove processes and methodologies for trade promotionimplementations

Help Thoucentricbuild capabilities in thisSpace.



Requirements

Qualifications:

46 years ofexperience in trade promotion management or trade promotionconsulting
Strongknowledge of trade promotion systems including Trade PromotionOptimization (TPO) and Trade Promotion Management (TPM)tools
Experience withsystem configuration and customization including data modellingworkflows and businessrules.
Experience inproject management including developing and managing project planstimelines andbudgets.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocommunicate technical information to nontechnicalstakeholders.
Ability to workindependently and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills
Knowledge ofCPG industry and retail sales is aplus.

Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in trade promotionmanagement or trade promotion consulting Strong knowledge of tradepromotion systems, including Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) andTrade Promotion Management (TPM) tools Experience with systemconfiguration and customization, including data modelling,workflows, and business rules. Experience in project management,including developing and managing project plans, timelines, andbudgets.
