Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits administration. The role also involves implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management


Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of working experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Have proven experience of business and HR alignment initiatives in the past
  • Have enabled a high performance culture with a fine balance of empathy, ethics and humility.
