Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The support provided will be confined to a specific Global Business Unit or multiple entities. Responsibilities are to address issues and or inquiries raised by employees, Learning Managers and Stakeholders; address and resolve within the confined SLA
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Has working knowledge of planning, developing, organizing and writing operational procedures and manuals
  • Has working knowledge of writing in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences (KBs, SOPs, Technical Writing, etc.)
  • Has working knowledge of responding to Client/ Customer inquiries through emails, chats, IMs and video calls


Technical and Tools:

MS Office Tools – PL1 required

Has working knowledge on applications like Salesforce, ServiceNow, C-Desk, OnTarget, SDM, Zoho, etc.

Exposure in SuccessFactors L&D Tool will be added advantage
