of experience in training sales teams. The ideal candidate must have experience training sales executives who operate in international markets, particularly the
US, UK, and Middle East (ME) . The Sales Trainer will develop training programs to enhance the skills of our sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market-specific strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deliver effective sales training programs for teams working in
EdTech , targeting the
US, UK, and Middle Eastern markets .Train sales executives on product knowledge, sales processes, and techniques to effectively engage with international prospects.Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.Customize training programs to align with market-specific sales approaches, including cultural nuances and customer behaviors in the US, UK, and ME.Implement role-playing, workshops, and other interactive methods to ensure the practical application of sales strategies.Continuously update training materials to reflect new trends, market demands, and product updates.Collaborate with sales leadership to align training objectives with business goals and performance metrics.Use data and analytics to assess the impact of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Qualifications:2+ years of experience in training sales teams within the EdTech industry (mandatory) .Proven experience training sales teams for
international markets
(US, UK, ME).Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, pitching, and closing in different cultural and market contexts.Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.Ability to create and adapt training programs based on team needs and market dynamics.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms used in global markets.Highly organised with a data-driven mindset for tracking training effectiveness.
